Give each attempt a stable label
Use a neutral format such as project A, treatment 02, attempt 03. A file named final-final-new gives little information about the conditions that produced it. Avoid names that contain personal identities or account information.
Keep the label in a small ledger with the source category, relevant settings and date. A label should connect a file to an observation without requiring a sensitive photograph in the ledger itself.
Separate acceptance from existence
An output appearing in a collection does not mean it was accepted. Mark it as kept, rejected or unresolved and explain the reason in one sentence. A rejected attempt remains part of the comparison’s cost even if the media itself is later removed.
If you retain only successful items without a ledger, a later review can accidentally mistake the selected set for a typical result.
Inspect collection privacy separately
Find the live rules for visibility, stored content and deletion. A library view is an organizational feature, not a complete storage-policy explanation. This index does not certify the provider’s internal handling.
Training material, generated output and account data may need different questions. Do not assume that removing an item from a collection also removes every source used elsewhere.
Keep the collection bounded
Set a time for reviewing and removing unwanted material. Retain only content appropriate for your actual ordinary purpose and privacy needs. A neutral observation can survive without retaining the full media file.
Before closing an account, distinguish any billing action from content removal. Record what a control says and which questions remain unanswered.
A practical record
| Ledger field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Stable attempt label | Connect the observation to the correct conditions |
| Acceptance decision | Keep successful and rejected outcomes distinguishable |
| Removal note | Track the action without promising storage verification |
A useful collection preserves evidence and respects a removal plan. Keeping every generated file is not a requirement for a careful review.
